Raleigh-Durham International Airport is the recommended airport for out of town guests flying in. All weekend events are within a
20-minute driving radius of the airport.
We have reserved room blocks at The Durham and Durham Marriott City Center, which are located in downtown Durham and are about 1-2 minutes away from each other. For booking, feel free to use the hyperlinks or call the numbers below. We recommend booking earlier rather than later to ensure lodging for the weekend. Keep in mind that September 6 is the final date for booking at Durham Marriott City Center. More information to come regarding transportation to and from the venue.

There are plenty of other hotel and Airbnb options available throughout the Triangle area (Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill). Please note that transportation will not be offered to and from Friday and Sunday’s activities. Car rentals, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all available for getting around for the weekend.
